We are able to evaluate and offer rotor repair materials or if necessary complete rotor replacements to extend your preheater life.  All repairs and replacements are designed to be fully compatible with the existing preheater. Air preheater bearings are a critical item that must be maintained properly in order to achieve preheater reliability.  We can offer improvements for your complete system, including oil circulation systems, bearing arrangements, maintenance and inspection procedures etc. The preheater drive is typically configured to rotate the rotor at 1-3 rpm.  We offer replacement parts and upgrades to all drive systems, including gearbox overhauls and new pin rack hardware.
